He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law, where he served as President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and holds a Master of Arts in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa.
Tony brings a focused background in contracts, intellectual property, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) representation — including NIL work at Heitner Legal, P.L.L.C. and advisory work on behalf of collegiate and professional athletes. As a law clerk he drafted motions, complaints, and notices and conducted legal research across a range of practice areas.
He maintains active memberships in The Florida Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution; Real Property, Probate & Trust Law; and Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law (EASL) Sections.

Marissa earned her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law — graduating third in her class and serving as an Editor of the NIU Law Review. Marissa also holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Regis University.
Before joining the firm, Marissa researched complex civil litigation issues and drafted demand letters, complaints, and dispositive filings for employment-law and class-action matters. She also served clients directly through the University's Students' Legal Assistance office on cases involving landlords and tenants, evictions, and contract disputes.
Earlier in her career she advocated for survivors of domestic violence, assisting with emergency orders of protection — experience that informs the diligence and compassion she brings to the firm's clients.

Michael P. Thomson is an Associate Attorney at Vindex Privatus, PLLC, and a member of The Florida Bar. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
Before joining the firm he served as in-house legal advisor to a Miami commercial group, where he drafted and negotiated vendor, technology, licensing, and services agreements and advised on international trade and customs compliance, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions. His litigation experience includes discovery review, evidence organization, and trial preparation, along with felony-division work at the Broward County Public Defender's Office, where he also provided Spanish/English interpretation for clients.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Michael brings a practical, business-aligned approach to protecting the firm's clients.

He joins the firm from the tax and wealth planning group of a national law firm in Miami, where he supported partners on tax compliance and advisory matters, offshore disclosure filings, corporate structuring, and entity documentation.
Earlier in his career he supported personal injury matters from intake through pre-trial preparation at Todd Rosen Law Group in Miami — legal research, pleadings, demand letters, and settlement packages. He also completed judicial internships with the Hon. Steven Lieberman and, in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, the Hon. Alberto Milian.
